Description

add ip-check, project-inventory and vault-migration scripts.

  • check-stackit-ip.sh: verify whether an IP is in STACKIT public ranges
  • list-project-resources.sh: render a Markdown inventory of project resources
  • vault-migrate.sh: migrate KV v2 secrets between HashiCorp Vault and
    STACKIT Secrets Manager (or between two SM instances)
  • README.md: document new scripts and use placeholder project IDs
